If you are having issues with your HabiStat Thermostat, the most common cause is a blown quick blow fuse, this can occur after a bulb has blown or a power surge. To provide a quick solution to this please check out our guides below:
Does your Thermostat use a Bulb Heater?
If you are using a bulb heater, we recommend you perform a health check on your fitting to ensure you have a firm connection and that this is not the cause of your blown fuse.
Is your thermostat showing an ERR error code?
The ERR error code will show when the set temperature exceeds the over temperature alarm, to reset the device please follow the video below.
Is there a problem with Digital Thermostat settings?
If you are using a digital thermostat and your quick blow fuse is not affected, the most common cause of faults in this range is when settings have been altered inadvertently. We recommend you check through your settings using the step-by-step instructions for your thermostat below.

If your Thermostat is still not working please complete and return our Warranty Form below to info@habistat.com. You will need to include proof of purchase if not repairs are subject to a repair charge.

PLEASE NOTE: From the date of purchase all HabiStat Classic Thermostat’s come with a 5 year warranty. All Digital Thermostats come with a 1 year warranty.
